LESSONS:
Lessons will be held weekly in the chorus room of Oakleaf Junior High, unless otherwise requested. Please provide 24 hours notice to cancel a lesson in order to receive a make up. Lessons not cancelled in the allotted time will be subject to payment. Studio will be closed on all Clay County School District holidays, including extended breaks such as winter, spring and summer break. Special arrangements can be made to extend lessons into summer break on an individual basis as scheduling permits.
PAYMENT:
The current lesson rate is $25.00 per half hour lesson. Payment must be remitted at lesson time, unless other arrangements have been made in writing. Acceptable forms of payment are: Cash, Money Order or Personal Check Not paying for lessons at scheduled time will be subject to a $5.00 late fee.
MISSED LESSONS:
Missed lessons will be made up if notice is given 24 hours in advance. In the event of teacher cancellation, the lesson will be rescheduled. Students who miss more than two lessons in a row are subject to probationary status. Those who miss more than four lessons in a row will be unenrolled from the studio.
DISCONTINUATION OF LESSONS:
All studio members are enrolled for a minimum of two months. After the two month trial please provide written notice of intent to discontinue at least two weeks in advance of last lesson date. All students will be notified of start dates of lessons after an extended break.
